Refund policy

At Minus Skin Care, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, we'll ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at hello@minus.care within 2 days of receiving your order.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Eligible for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong product.

Not Eligible for Return

Returns and refunds cannot be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Products with broken or tampered seals.
  • Items with missing or altered labels or serial numbers.
  • Products not returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Returns requested after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Email us at hello@minus.care with your order details and supporting photos.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If your request is approved, we'll provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we'll confirm your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or a replacement will be shipped if requested and applicable.

Refund Timeline

Online Payments

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunds will be transferred to your registered bank account within 14 business days after approval.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
